Hi, I’m Melissa Roark

I am a dedicated brain nerd, and I rescue dying plants from the dark recesses of the Lowe’s gardening center. I am a 3-time champion of stroke survival, and I know what it’s like to have to remodel yourself over and over. Feeling stuck? I’m a therapist who helps people untangle all the trauma and drama to find their path forward.

I work with individuals and couples who have lost themselves somewhere along the way. I enjoy working with people who battle the not-so-everyday things. I am a calm presence and l bring humor, adventure, and my unbridled weirdness into the mix. I know firsthand that life is messy, unpredictable, and often absurd. It’s in these moments that we have the opportunity to grow.

If you’re feeling buried under life expectations, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about your path, I’ll walk alongside you as you reclaim your identity, build self-trust, and find a way forward that feels authentically yours.
